When you submit times to this website, you agree that you have followed all of the proof requirements as outlined on the Mario Kart 7 Players' Page. Make sure to check the players' page on a consistent basis, as rule changes will be communicated there exclusively. It is the responsibility of the player to follow the up-to-date rules at all times.
Please note that we reserve the right to deny submissions if adequate proof is not provided.
If a player is determined to have cheated their times or falsified submissions, we will delete the cheated scores, with additional proof standards potentially being required in the future for the player. This will be settled on a case-by-case basis.
